Infrastructure

A sound infrastructure with fully equipped laboratories supports the research pursuits of the student community. All the sixteen departments are well equipped with computers and printers. The students are exposed to English Phonetic skills with the help of high end Skill Phones.

Students are provided with adequate facilities like proper furniture, good drinking water, Canteen facilities and transportation. Good cordial relationship with students has been maintained. Counselling services is provided to the students. Good Play ground with Basketball and volleyball courts and necessary sports equipments are maintained in proper condition.

INFLIBNET services are provided to the staff. The departments use ICT enabled tools for conducting the classes. Faculties are trained by attending short-term courses to develop their skills in using of ICT tools. The Office Superintendent and stores department personnel of the college take care of infrastructure maintenance and repair.

Library

The Library of Bharathidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry serves as a vital academic resource centre, supporting the education and research needs of students and faculty.
